Both for personal appearance and telephone inquiries:
Monday – Thursday: 10.00 - 12.00 and 13.00 - 15.00
Friday: 10.00- 12.00

Opening Hours for Visa Section

Personal appearance: Only by appointment.
Telephone inquiries: Monday - Thursday: 13.00-15.00.

The Embassy has commissioned VFS Global Private Ltd. to operate the Danish Visa Application Centre in Bangkok. Applications for visas and residence and working permits can be submitted without any appointment

Visa applications as well as residence and working permit applications; collection of the permits and applications should in general take place at the Danish Visa Application Centre.

Should you wish to submit your application on the Embassy, can this only be done by prior appointment.
